T61 - Rental Income Warning
The HMRC has been carrying out "audits" at Estate Agents who deal with/manage clients’ properties. It is essential therefore that all rental income is declared on your tax return. If this is not done, you could get a nasty shock if your estate/managing agent is investigated as that could lead to Investigations on any of the agent’s clients who the HMRC suspect is not declaring the rental incomes. |
