W16 - Annual Pay Review Q. We are coming up to our annual pay review. What are the minimum wages rates? A. The minimum wage rates are £4.85 per hour for workers aged 22 and over and £4.10 per hour for workers ages 18-21 inclusive. The new rate of £3 per hour was introduced on 1 October 2004 for workers aged 16-17 inclusive. |
