T3/W1 - Student staff

If you have students working for you during the holidays, ensure they complete and sign form P38. This means that you do not have to deduct tax from the student so long as they are not paid in excess of the personal allowance in the current tax year. This form should be sent with your P-35 at the end of the tax year.
