-Yes. Go to question 3

-No. Go to answer G

-Yes. Go to answer A.

-No. Go to question 9

4. Do you have children?

-Yes. Go to answer B.

-No. Go to question 5

5. Do you have parents?

-Yes. Go to answer C.

-No. Go to question 6

6. Do you have brothers and/or sisters?

-Yes. Go to answer D.

-No. Go to question 7.

7. Do you have grandparents?

-Yes. Go to answer E.

-No. Go to question 8.

8. Do you have uncles and aunts?

-Yes. Go to answer F.

-No. Go to question G.

9. Do you have parents?

-Yes. Go to answer H

-No. Go to question 10.

10. Do you have brothers and/or sisters?

-Yes. Go to answer I.

-No. Go to question J.

ANSWERS

A Spouse gets £125,000 and a life interest in half of the remainder. Children get rest.

B Shared equally between them.

C Shared equally between them.

D Shared equally between them.

E Shared equally between them.

F Shared equally between them.

G Everything goes to the Crown (the government)

H Spouse gets &200,000 and half of the balance. Rest shared between parents.

I Spouse gets &200,000 and half of the balance. Rest shared between brothers/sisters

J Everything goes to spouse.
